2. We search and shortlist
After an approved carrier relationship is active, the dispatch team searches for opportunities that fit your carrier-provided criteria and brings relevant details back to you.
3. You approve the load
You make the decision. We do not book, quote, or commit your carrier without your explicit approval and the appropriate authority.
4. We coordinate and document
After your approval, dispatch support can coordinate booking with the broker under your carrier authority and organize the record and documents for the load.
